I’m walking across this expanse of pain.
I know that someday it will be over.
As with each life we must walk in the rain.
I’m walking across this expanse of pain
With a hurt so deep I could go insane.
What I wouldn’t give for a walk in clover.
I’m walking across this expanse of pain.
I know that someday it will be over.
Step by step into my troubles each day
I regather my strength and carry on.
No need to converse There’s little to say.
Step to step into my troubles each day
to face depression is the only way.
To see tomorrow as new coming dawn.
Step by step into my troubles each day
I regather my strength and carry on
I try to accept what is meant to be
I cannot control the rays of the run
There’s only a few views from which I see
I try to accept what is meant to be.
as I try not to touch despondency.
I know this long journey will soon be done.
I try to accept what is meant to be.
I cannot change the rays in the sun

"I regather my strength and carry on." - you have an extra space between "regather" and "my".
I found the first triolet to be perfectly written, the other two come close but not quite there, and going by the third (of those two) it seems the weakest of them all.
Not really into triolets but this one kept my attention, so points for that.
A good poem (though I think could use some work) that you have written here.

Thank you for your entry!

Very nicely done! Content and form.

a good form to use the triolet with the chains of them, you can make a really long intricate piece with them, nicely done.
