Quivering heart still sheds a tear,
when the sting of the searing sun,
always reminds me of you;
those tears stain any beauty,
that lays hidden on my face,
hiding behind satin bedsheets,
that I wish you shared with me.
My world is drained of colour,
even the red of my tender lips,
that waited so long for you;
like the song you don’t want to hear,
because you just cannot bear,
to fall apart all over again.
The cold is killing my world,
until you whisper my name.
