I agree! The moment I realized this was the moment I got over quite a lot, actually. But I don't really see which side you're on for the prompt. If something's worth doing, it's worth doing well--like loving, right? Love so well that you can love someone who has wronged you.... Would that go under seize the day, & love all you can, or guard your heart, so you can love better? The first actually makes more sense to me, i think....
