American or swiss,
provlone or meunster?
So very many choices,
how is one to choose?
Mozzerella or parmesean,
pepper jack or coby?
Are you really inclined,
to choose just one?
Then there's shredded and sliced,
grated and crumbled.
All this talk about cheese,
makes me want Subway!
Pimento or ricotta,
cottage or nacho?
The possibilities are endless!
I don't think I'll ever make up my mind!

Great poem SadLittleKitten, very good. I myself am not a huge fan of cheese, but I do like Nacho, Monterey Jack and Leerdammer - they're gorgeous.
Anyway, fab poem once again - just all round fun, nice one

I, personally, have never been inspired by cheese!! I like that this is unique, it is refreshing to read!! You do have a typo in the first stanza, I believe "coby" should be colby, but I could be wrong. Thanks for giving us something different to read!!
