Through your gravity,
I find myself in orbit
of a dying star

hmmm this is good. I wasn't expecting the last line to be what it was. hard to think that someone else's gravity could cause you to be in orbit of something else. But then if gravity is meant as love then love can easily fool someone into chasing something that is not really love, and it is sure to break them down and swallow them whole as the star turns into a red-giant. eh well at least those are my jumbled thoughts that hopefully make sense

A great metaphor for love. At least that is how I read this. Very nice. Good luck in the contest.

The dying star is what we all wish upon as the shooting star...a nicely written haiku. Thank you for entering the contest.
