Vengeance

The prom night turned from bad to worse

as Vengeance lived out her bloody curse...

...all would die by her evil hand...

all would suffer the madness she'd planned.

Those feeble children..those tellers of lies

...those miserable cretins..with the sorrowful eyes.

they all asked for mercy...they all tried to hide...

some even pleaded and most of them cried.

She had her revenge...she took took them all...

She bled the prom dry...she had her ball...

                                                           ...she killed them all...

    I do agree, the portrayal of the character as a murderess is definitely an interesting take. I don't like rhyme all that much, but this sounds so unforced that this poet can only be one. Well done, and good luck!
