Beauty...
How do you describe it?
Is it not being overweight?
Is is a supermodel,
With a curvaceous trim body?
Is it having a sexy voice
or having
Haunting eyes of seduction?
Real beauty even in nature,
Is all around us
but
Many times we are blinded.
If you have ever looked in a mirrror.
What image do yo see reflected?
Do you try to mask insecure feelings...
Seeing someone different?
To me Beauty,
Is more than physical...
It is how you act and feel about yourself.
To me the heart is strongest...
The eyes too tell their own story...
So the secret of being beautiful...
Is just being you.
It doesn't matter how you look outside
For if you judge beauty that way,
You will never see true beauty.

Well you can't judge a book by looking at its cover. The same with a man or woman; He might not be handsome to me thats not important...but it's the man himself. She might be cute, pretty or beautiful and be the devil in high heel shoes...You really nailed this prompt...excellent write! It takes deep person to see on the inside; but remember thats where the heart is...this is a brilliant poem...
