Last night I was eating a popsicle
It left my mouth cold and my brain frozen
But my heart was still warm
I thought of you, my sweet treat,
How you melted my heart
Just like that popsicle melted in my hand
But when the popsicle's gone
You'll still be here
The best brainfreeze I've ever had

Good use of imagery to get your point across. I think its great that you can convey so much in nine short lines. Original too... I've never come across this metaphor, so a good job well done. I enjoyed reading your poem.

This is the sweestest write I have read on here, there are great bittersweet poems but not near as many romantic sweet happy rights.
