Definition of Beaty

No longer do I fit within your boundaries
No more do I wish to starve and struggle
No loss of weight, or fat, or life
Can give her that longed for title

Beauty can not be decided by critics,
By others, less fortunate than oneself,
It is a simple, effective decision
Of looking inside, and seeing what lies within

Beauty is represented in a multitude of sizes
No longer must we meld ourselves
To fit the ideals of a brainwashed society
Now we must only fit, the criteria, of ourselves.

Every woman is beautiful however; difference, is the key
For each one has possesed a unique ingredient
A gorgeous identity, a standalone personality
Within her skin and radiating beyond

She is beautiful

This is a great write, very empowering in my opinion. May I make a small suggestion though? For this line -

"For each one has posses a unique ingredient"

I think it would be easier to read as -
"For each one has possessed an unique ingredient"

    Verb subject agreement.

Great poem and I wish you luck!

    Gorgeous write!

I love how you show that true beauty is within ourselves.

"Beauty is represented in a multitude of sizes
No longer must we meld ourselves
To fit the ideals of a brainwashed society
Now we must only fit, the criteria, of ourselves."
