Since last October my world has been dark and black,
Leaving a giant void of emotion that I can't get back!
Finding out the web of lies that you have told,
I did not believe you could be so bold!
Lies about me, your mother, I don't care,
But about your grandmother, I can hardly bare!
What you did is so horribly wrong,
I can't believe you plead innocent for so long!
What happened to the family you held so dear,
Now everyone around you must live in fear!
What will you do, where will you go if you run,
Forever giving up your rights to see your daughter and son!
We all wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt,
Now we have plenty of proof that you lied flat out!
Since last October my world has been dark and black,
I lost my mother, a son, my granddaughter this is all a sad fact.

With great loss, also comes some joy. Though it took a while for my son and daughter-in-law, to get me to see it. Thanks you two!!! LOVE YOU!!

when times like this happen... it is so important to have a support there to help you through... it doesn't always happen that way though. but i agree... through sadness comes joy... best wishes in the contest.

Good Poem
Hey I love the poem and how well it is written. your poem is so wonderful. I can't believe what he did but he made his bed so he is going to have to lie in it NO matter how many times he blames you for what happened it is NOT YOUR FAULT. and No matter what goes on in his life he is the one than can make his bed better or worse. Well anyhow We love you and always will. Your a great mother in law even though sometimes we have our ups and downs at times Nothing will ever change that. If I yell at you and we get into a fight well then we can only make our relationship and Mother in law and Daughter in Law greater. Awsome Write.
