When your eyes look upon me
That darkened feeling sets in
With all the guilt you've put upon me
It finally falls to my face
My eyes, their wells drain
And down the cascading river of tears
As it reaches my quivering lip
Falling to the wetness on my collar
And even now as the years have passed
Your look still causes me pain
The memories locked to my heart with guilt
The ones you strive to bring back to my face
