Across miles I send this greeting
of love, laughter, and of joy
In hopes this season brings to you
a celebration with your little boy
All the excitement of this special day
eyes wide at toys left underneath the tree
Candy canes, tinsel and twinkling lites
a priceless moment for you to see
But just because you are grown up
remember wishes do come true
What you asked Santa to bring this year
is right now sitting next to you
I hope he left you something nice
that brings a smile to your face
For miracles you see can happen
no matter what the time or place
I wish I could share with you
the special magic you feel today
But I will just say Merry Christmas
from my heart to your's so far away

I can definitely see this on a card! It captures your feelings and wishes of a nice holiday perfect..and I'd love to see this on a card to send to my loved ones during the season. Beautiful flow and wonderful wishes here are described.
