Her hair dances in the wind
As she gazes over the plains
I see her now and then
Whenever I feel that pain
This is the place she came for years
When life got in the way
With her pale skin and crystal tears
Black Monday
As I stand with her, I see time elapse
The earth grows young
Times reverses as the seasons relapse
Now years later, her spirit is still strong
I see days long past
Months gone by
Things I wish would last
Like her, how time flies
She stops at one particular day
Beautiful and bright
With us gazing away
At such wondrous sights
Then she came to another
Dark, gloomy, and gray
Tears came to my eyes, I was bothered
When you died, I lost my way
I blink the tears back
And the scene faded away
This I know for a fact
It's a Black Monday
Author notes
Number three of Black Monday, enjoy.
