Know your limits...

      Exchanging looks of hatred,

                                 through a transparent pane.

      Provoking a reaction,

                               from something much greater.

           Frustrating it,

                              to the point of despair...

But what if the glass were to break?

A neat little gem here. It has the feel of an extended proverb to me, and I have always been a fan of the proverb. Thanks for the entry!

OHHHH... indeed!!! What if it were to break!! Very thought provoking ... and I see a metaphor for not pushing people past their limits too!
