I told you I didn't feel well
you just told me okay
I thought maybe you just didn't understand
I clarified
I told you I was depresed
You just nodded and looked away
I thought maybe you just didn't understand
I clarified
I explained that I was contemplating suicide
you just shrugged and said all right
I thought maybe you just didn't understand
I clarified
I let you know about the voice telling me
that they wanted me dead
I felt pressure behind my eyes
I felt the tears begin to drip
I thought you would have understood
I thought you would have helped
I heard the voices
Whispers
Cackles
Hisses
Evil laughs
Telling me to jump off the roof
Telling me you didn't care
Telling me I'd be better off dead
I started walking towards the roof
You just looked and shook your head
I told you I was gonna jump
You just said I knew better
I climbed through the third floor window
you didn't even budge
I thought that you would help me
I thought that you would save me from myself
I thought you would protect me
The voices egged me on
I jumped
A broken leg, rib, and collar bone later
You said i was too much to handle
you sent me away to a hospital
I thought you cared
