Beating hard upon the pavement
loose rain and pouring tears
memories of you are fading
and the last moment slowly smears
Every time we laughed
and every time we tried
I remember when we stood together
but when you left I cried
I wish to hold you one more time
and say how much I love you
I want to see you smile again
becasue I know you knew
That my heart will never truly leave your side
my love grows for you each day
I know I can never replace our love
although I search each day.

I like this piece. great rhymes, and imagery id just work on the flow a little bit keep up the good work

I think this a really good write and the rhyme scheme was very nicely done. The beat and flow might use a little work, but it's really not that noticeable. Great job and keep writing. Hopefully I'll remember to come back and read more from you!
