Veiled sunlight
filters past my eyes
as dawn moves
across the horizon,
Sorrows lost to
red fire searing
a place into my soul
faithless wandering
leads to empty dreams
and blind faith leads
you no where,
Blackend roads
of broken light
wail against the
rising of the tide
and we waste away into
nothingness.
But for that moment,
that second, into when
we stare at the dawn
and are whole again-

Just like life, you begin with hope... travel through life's trials and tribulations, only to awaken to a new day... a new dawn... and hope and wholeness once again reign. Just call me a sucker... I like happy endings... lol...
There is nothing like a sunrise or a sunset that inspires awe, oneness with all creation and all kinds of warm fuzzies. They are temporal, but when the mind basks in the glow the power can last into the infinite.
Can you tell I'm more content oriented than form oriented?

Forgive me
Doesn't flow well. Couldn't find the message.
Good luck in the contest. I'll look foolish when you win. -
Very nice...works great with the background and color theme, too. Thanks for entering.
