a better form of bliss

I can honesty say I feel no pain
because there's nothing left to feel
you tore out the last remaining peace of my heart
and nothing no longer seems real
I would cry if my eyes had not run dry
and I would easily move on with my life
but for some reason you're now filling the void
of everything you stole in my strife
I've decided I need a new outlet
one that I can turn to for strength
because everytime someone mentions your presence
I lose all the hope I had gained
your love is a kind that diminishes
and the kind i am seeking never ends
the man who is ready to completely own my life
is a man that saw me as a friend
so take off your silly looking armor
it pails in comparison to this
and march yourself right out of my life
because I've found a better form of bliss
