Cry of a Child

Unhappiness, flowing down
my innocence
Can't you see my waterfalls?
I'm not a big kid yet
but I already know
I hate this life

Wash it away
Whoever hears my prayers
And wipes my tears when no one cares
Wash it away
Whoever can redeem me from now
I maybe just a child
But I know that mommy and daddy
Are doing more than talking loud
They're yelling

Wash it away, all the pain
all the tears I cry

So I don't have to hold
my teddy bear so tight

Why is it that your amazing poems are the ones no one else has read?!?!?!!

Well, I loved this. Pain filled and almost made me cry. Great work.

    Warmest,
    Mylee
