Poke at my eyes
Blind me so I can't see,
Push me to the ground
I'm just another me.
Kick me while I'm down
What does it matter?
Break my ribs
Feel them shatter.
Pull at my hair
Rip it out,
Keep jumping on me
No matter how hard I shout.
Knee me in the stomach
It's alright for you,
Spit on me
It doesn't bother you what you do.
Walk off
Be the coward you are,
Nothing can help me
Even if I wish upon a star.
I thought I could turn to you
Whenever I was sad,
You just proved me wrong
Like always, Dad.
