For those who have LOVED and LOST
do not feel sorrow
for I too have known the pain one feels inside;
the feeling that seems it will go on forever.
But, time will heal that pain and anger.
'Till one day you see him with her, or she with him
then comes the pain and sorrow.
But, you and I must go on, because not knowing
Love at all is indeed the worst pain there could be in ones life
And if I am guilty of the crime of loving him
I will gladly serve my time for all ETERNITY!!
What could I do to make this better?

I like the way you have turned lost love into a positive experience whereby it is seen as better than "not knowing love at all.. " I totally agree that it is better to feel love and lose your lover (not your love) than never to have known love. There is, too, a sense of your acceptance of the pain that may accompany love as the last two lines imply.
