Death In Front of Me

Watching, hearing, waiting.
Listen to what I’m saying.
I watch it kill the ones I know.
I hear their cries call out too slow.
I am waiting for my turn to die.
Then I notice time ticking faster,
As I watch this sad disaster.
My heart beats,
As I watch this creature kill.
The ones who once loved me.
But now I’m dead,
I can’t go back,
I can’t go home,
I find myself all alone.
I run until I hit the ground.
I look to my left and then to my right.
I see my face, the face of death.
Which body of mine that I have left.

this sounds like something i would personally write, nice visuals here, i can see the character through my own eyes, seeing that he is dead... slowly lifting a floating away...
