Warm tears defile my eye's; reassembling the piece's of my broken heart,
placing them back in the the box that once loved you.
Brushing off tattered trust, placing it back on a shelf until needed.
Shard's of glass shattered, my self esteem.
Falling into despair, a safety net catching my remains.
Missing us; then realizing you will be the one missing me;
dusting my emotions off, waiting for that one true person
who will love me for who I am.
Presenting to a much worthier opponent,
the key to my heart.
