My best friend is taking six asprins each morning
She hates life
What to do?
I am so confused
I wanted her to be safe, so I told my mom
She told the school councler
My friend knew it was I who told
She hates me
What to do?
I love her
And she doesn't understand that I want her to live
To survive and live life
I did this for her
And now I dread seeing her
Because I betrayed her
And I don't want to see her hurt face
What to do?
I am so depressed
Because I hate it when she complains
That life sucks, and that she wouldn't care
If she just died
I hate it so much
I cried when I saw her eyes
They were full of hurt, hate, and betrayal
I am so confused
I tried to do the right thing
But what if she hates me forever?
And if I do nothing, and say no more
How much will I blame myself
If she takes herself out of the world
I love her
I am so confused

My name is Shannon Green, and I told on my friend when she started taking 6 pills a morning. I love her, but she doesnt see that I only want to help. I am so confused. Heaven help me.

You did the right thing, and even though she may hate you ,you saved her life. You had the balls to do what some people wouldn't do. Don't ever think it is your fault that she is the way she is because it's her fault, and you did what you could do.
