I know you're suffering
and your kidney's are slowly
starting to tire out
and you're both starting
to sleep the whole day away
You don't walk around
that much anymore
and some days you barely
feel like eating
anything the whole day
Your health has been declining
for many a year now
It has been a long goodbye
but the finality of the situation
is soon to come
In the next year to 6 months
I will have to kiss you both goodbye
and remember the days
before your health got bad
A much happier time
A long goodbye
shall soon come to an end
with your death
and the end of your suffering
forever

"I know your suffering" - "your" would be "you're" as in "I know you are suffering".
"and your both starting" - "your" would be "you're" as in "and you are both starting".
"You health has been declining" - "You" would be "Your" as in "Your health has been declining".

Ohhhhhhh, Honey I am soooooooo sorry.
I am not looking forward to that with my cat. He is slowly going down hill as well. It is gonna be hard on me when we do loose him.
