In the lies we live
So blind to see ourselves
Neighbors bearing arms
Our children dying over
For there is no love left
A constant war of humanity
A constant war of society
Never are we to love
Forever are we to hate
For God bears us arms
And we die in His name:
Said for us to love man
We cannot lay with him
But dead on the battlefield
But not God is to blame
For us as men control us men
So for as society to be saved
If we are to die with man
Allow then to lay with man
Without judgment or punishment
And not bear arms against them
For as we as a people
Should stay strong
Support fellow man
To stay forever free
To either live or to die
And for man to also hate
As well as love

Why is it that, as a culture, we are more comfortable seeing two men holding guns than holding hands?
