Squeezed from the remnants of desire
powered from our love's hot fire.
Needing each of us to train this flame
otherwise we can't expand, or reclaim,
that love of the ages that settles deep
to keep out others and relies on discreet.
We'll be running out of options very soon
if we don't cultivate our love; get in tune.
it takes a well-spring of passion to sustain.
Nothing else says loving in the same vein.
Reaching for our love's next plateau,
is what our hearts should be searching for.
If I'm on fire and you're ice cold;
this won't do, the pail of water won't hold.
Passion turns lemons into sweet lemonade,
adds flair to function on every single page.
Steps up to the plate in the emergency stage.
Grab on to passion for all that she's worth,
catch its signals, find the source; give birth.
