This sad boy
looks without joy
praying that he may see.
One hint of fire
coals of desire
from his one and only girl.
Her eyes avert
his soul she hurts
just another casualty.
Of a heart
that wants no part
of their family.
She doesn't care
feels no dispair
what matters whose happy.
Only of self
loves on a shelf
she serves only her needs.
