You know, we were supposed to memorize a minute-long monlogue, but the only thing I could think of was that one speech Hamlet did, and I couldn't remember anything except for "To be, or not to be." I'd have to go, like, deep breath "To." Deep breath "be." Dramatic pause, breath "or." Breath in and out "not." Dramatic pause "to." Deep, DEEP breath "be." But that would only be like 45 seconds. I'd have to fumble around with my skull and cape for 15 seconds somewhere between my six dramatic words. Great. So here I am, trying to perform a monologue so I won't have to go but a plastic skull at Party City or do some serous damage to my lungs.
