my dear son

my dear boy
you seem so fragile
but yet strong enough
to face what this world has comming

the wolves of this world
and their idle threats
has nothing compared to you
and the great power that you hold

your tears may flow
your heart may ache
but deep inside
lies the man you'll soon become

i know that i will lose you
someday goodbye will come
just remember this my boy
i'll always love you cause you're my son

Stunning piece of writing here. Amazing. This is so well-written. It is so true too. A mother's love for her child [in the majority of cases] holds no bounds. You know what is about to come.

You are preparing for the word goodbye. Indeed, they must grow and find their own way in the world. Fly the nest, if you like. Yet as a child, they need you. But, that goodbye will come ever closer. I loved this. Keep writing.

    Love
