I want to die, its my only wish
just shoot the gun, and please dont miss
I still remember the feel of her lips
the way she walked, the feel of her hips
I hate this world and all it stands for
so please pull the trigger and leave me on the floor.
I never wanted to hurt her, i dont think i ever did
but it seems that was not enough, and now i feel dead.
So if you would be so kind and to make my body
feel the way my mind does, just end the folly.
For life itself is just a mistake
most men love it, to me its fake.
shoot the damn gun and get it over with
i no longer care for this world so make my wish.
I loved her and she didnt seem to care
was she thinking of me when she would stare?
or was it the thought of the other?
for i am sure now there was another
I am not a fool and i know what i want
i want to be released and your not at fault
I was forsaken the morning i awoke
with the love that she thought was a joke.
I think its best to say it was a fluke
for the love of god man shoot

I wrote this poem after my girlfriend broke up with me. I had been very close to her but it seemed she didnt care. I wrote a poem on how i felt at that moment. Please dont ask if im ok. its been 2 months since i first wrote this. Im over the break-up. Thank you for the comments

i really do love this poem, it makes me think alot about what i did, and makes me wonder did i really make a bad mistake on leaving my ex. but anyways enough about my problems, this poem is amazing and heartfeeling, dont ever give up on writing

I don't know what to really say, I'm torn between 2 emotions! I enjoyed reading the poem, I thought it was really well done, everything from the format to the words to the background!
Yet I found it really depressing to read as well but I guess that was the point wasn't it?

It is such a great poem i know how the feeling in this poem is. I go through it every day all i ever want to do is die a painful death life just sucks amd the people that say they love you never really mean it. It just really suck and were all going to die so it might as well be now!
