I want something
I want some thing, that means something,
at least to someone, somewhere.
Yet I don't know what it is.
I have a feeling inside, but no words to describe it,
but its there.
Can I tell you how I feel
so that you would feel the same,
and if so, how would I know it was the same.
Is there a way to explain how the cold rain feels,
as it beats on my face for attention.
Do I cry with joy because love is hope
or do I hope that love is joy.
Are there words to express my loneliness,
that merely feeds a will to bare it all.
I can have what I want, but do I want it
that much?,
The more I question, the more I feed the need.
So, where does it all end, can you tell me.

It's a clever word game you've chosen to express your feelings and ask the question, of someone else. (Could it be a lover?) I like the way the phrases catch on one another and carry, like a bridge to the next sentence. Well done.
