The words that whisper,
Echo in my mind
About an inconsistent weight
Weighed everyday
Numbers kept on a calendar
Improvements seen but never enough
More exercise,
Less food
Is this the unbalance you live on?
Nobody's speculating,
Bones are meant to be on the inside
Not protruding through,
The palest skin seen by any eyes
Sickness dwells in your mind,
Effecting the physical condition you were in
How can you live in this din?
Everyone cares, but does that really bother you?
The fact our hearts are breaking,
With every pound you lose!
Does it make you proud to know,
We're worried sick at night when you're all alone?
She's too fat,
She's too thin,
There is a balance in-between
You've found the balance
Leave the scales,
And that might be the hardest of goodbyes.
Author notes
Hope you like it Charla dear.

It's heartbreaking to read the other end of it, and knowing that you're causing so much pain rips me apart. I want to change. I'm trying to change. I need to. But it's tough. This is a beautiful poem, may just bookmark it. Best of luck.
