Have you ever needed someone so bad?
while your heads on the mirror,
but it won't get much clearer,
have you ever needed someone you just couldn't have?
I know that it's over, you told me that,
but my heart was yours;just sing me that song
we sang together in a time far gone
but you're the only one who knows that
now...
That was an example of a composers little twist,
that shows the little something that another may have missed.
Every occasion, every feeling, every moment of my life,
leaves an imprint of a song that a lyricist could write.
Maybe it's already done? maybe every word was sung,
maybe a contract already won?
but the song is always there.
Every hope and every love, opportunities I see,
there is always another rhythm, or an unchained melody,
that I can equate to that little debate you had just yesterday,
and how you laughed at my improvisation of that the other could always say,
and turn that to the music that I have inside my head
and my mind, as the notes are very easily mislead.
This is My piece music from the magic inside of me,
the little power, strength and mind of an enchanted melody.

I love how you incorporated love with the joy of music. It was a bit wordy, but in the long run there is nothing wrong with that, because thats what poems are made of. My favorite line was the second to last line. It was very good.
This is My music, the magic inside me,
although I would change the capitalization there is nothing that really stands out to need fixing. Thank you for entering my contest.
