Is the comma really needed after "this"? It seems unneeded to me. Other than that, a nice little poem that you have written here.

I really liked this, short and too the point, yet triggered the imagination; and after reading it the one thing you want to do is see that painting.

well done, i really like the use of the couplets to signify the coupled nature of the emotions throughout and then the way it changes towards the end with the two becoming one and how it seems to be over. good luck
