Beautiful Fate

Living our lives,
full of debt and deep pain.
Searching for sun,
through hardening rain.

We twist and we turn,
in suffocation’s threat.
Forever healing,
from fate’s constant debt.

But always we search,
For a light in dark’s time.
Always we find,
Love intriguing and divine.

For like no other power,
love stands alone.
Individual and free,
not bound to a throne.

Love is a gift,
from lord’s heavenly gate.
And who could resist,
such a beautiful fate.

There was an almost spiritual feel to your words as if you were writing about a higher form of love but at the same time I could still relate to the more earthly form of love.

Thank you for your entry and best of luck in my contest.

WOW! I really really like this one. I love the story of loves endurance through it all. The rhyme flows nicely
