I sat in room 205
I held your cold hand
I rubbed your cheek
Your smile as you slept
I just wanted to cry
How could I be so?
This caring attitude
This feeling unknown
This had to be nothing
All of it, just a dream
That car never hit
That man never shot
All of you in here
All 205 of you
I hold your hand again
The little chuckle
The soft and warm smile
And just like that
You are taken from me
Hide my tear
Show no fear
This room held so many
This room where they died
And you join them
Without waiting for me
Hide my tear
Show no fear
Walk into the abyss
Of that small room
It is known as 205
Holding so many
Showing so little
I will miss you
But please go on
Into 205

xD I'd rather someone not get inspiration for a movie with this poem because it's very personal

pretty and powerful. out of curiosity why 205? is there a significance to that or just a random number?
-
-
It actually relates to the people I've lost in my life, but this poem is actually having a deeper meaning?

Lyrical and profound

Oh Damn.
This one is deep. I can see why your friend wants you to turn this into a song. I'd like to see that as well. Whenever you have the chance of course.
