Out of Your Grasp

I once led a life on Earth,

But now, I am watching my loved ones,

from the warmth,

the love,

of God's Home.

I am sorry you had to see me on my death bed.

And then that one moment,

that machine,

with it's continuous beep, that continuous ring,

My life slipped out of your grasp.

As i watch you, you remind me of myself.

How you talk, how you act...

You are me! I love you!

Until we meet again, my love!

Did you enjoy it? Can i improve?

    welcome to allpoetry

This tugs at the heart srtings...much feeling behind each word.
You may want to consider breaking up the lines a bit more, it would help the flow. Still this is a good write. I hope you will continue writing and sharing.
