I walk the halls.
Scowling faces disguised by smiles.
The shadows of feelings.
The building spins, whirling.
No one notices.
I am alone, drowning.
Girls and boys in crowds,
smothering one another.
Slamming of things; shouting, screaming.
The sounds of torture
The ground shakes.
It splits, letting people fall between.
Some on the left, some on the right.
Too weak to stand.
Oh how quick it seemes,
that everything's changed.
Friends from before are enemies now.
Daggers get hurled, bullets fired.
Yet no one gets hurt.
Only I have these feelings.
Only I feel the pain.
No one notices.
Flames all around.
Choking, I stumble, hardling daring to breathe.
The building falls to the ground.
crumbles ...
High school.
What a terrible hell.
Author notes
I don't really know where this one came from, considering I love school and my friends are amazing and I'm basically friends with everyone. I really can't explain why I wrote this O.o

This really is amazing, perfectly written on a situation we all know and have all been through, a great poem once again.
