The Father like no other

The creaks of my bedroom floor,
The heavy feet I hear comin' my way.
Stranger during da' wee hours of the night,
My Father during the day.

Defending him in my head
I kno' he love's me so,
As he preceeds to lay in my bed
I stare upon my floor.

His touch is real ruff and warm.
His heart is sooo cold
He grabs my my shoulder really firm
As I think thoughts uncontrolled.

I want soo badly to scream for momma,
But she is no where to be found.
He whispers in my ear,
"Be a good little girl and don't make a sound".

His touch is not father like,
I wander why daddy changes during da' night.

He finishes and I walk away
tears begin to fall soft,
I dream of running away
Becuase of my innocense long lost.

Can you learn love without heartbreak???

This was so very sad and makes me so furious when parents abuse their children in any way. Parents are suppose to be the one protecting them from harm. My heart goes out to you.

    Bless You,
    Sandy
