What can start off so peaceful,
beautifully calm and serene
can change
in mere seconds
becoming grotesque,
disfigured
like a Utopia
decaying,
eroding into dust
Reality is by far more horrid than a bad dream.

This piece tugged hard at Spirit and while I was reading, for some reason I kept hearing that song:
Your Body is a Wonderland buttttttttttt reference to self-mutilation sadly~
like one moment the body is a Wonderland
and the next it is disfigured, due to drugs
The reality being~ Drugs (abuse of prescription
and street) can make Heaven- Hell~
Powerful images You have brought forth
