From the very beginning, you have been there for me.
Encouraging me, listening to my troubles,
And cheering on along the way.
You were the rock that anchored me to solid ground.
The wind that helped to guide my course.
The safe harbor where I took refuge.
You believed in me when I was unsure of myself.
You gave me the courage to keep trying,
And the wisdom to look towards to future.
You were everything a Mother should be.
So for all you are and
The sacrificed you've made throughout the years.
"Thank you, Mom."
I'm so grateful,
And I will always love you!

This is so sweet! It would make for a good Hallmark variety. It made me feel as if it were personal and that is what your aim was, right?

Your Mother should feel so special. Nicely done!

Beautiful
Hello dear poet,
I have just finished reading your poem and wish to let you know just how much I enjoyed the read. Your poem spoke volumes, and the reader can see that your words have come from your heart.I am sure that your mom won't mind the spelling mistake.Being a mom myself, when my children write in cards there is often a spelling mistake, but I don't see it as being that. What I see is the beautiful words that they have penned from their heart, and this fills my soul with so much love and joy.Your mom will love reading your poem and I can garentee that she will cherish your words for ever. You have a beautiful heart my friend and this beauty that you have shines brightly within your written words.
Take care dear poet, keep on penning your beautiful words, you truly have a beautiful voice.
Many blessings to you,
Your friend in poetry.
~Angel~
