Free my audacious and foolhardy mind
Against the black death adulterating the good
That I feel when thrusted into Your loving and open
Hands, guarding my being from society's grasp.
Everywhere I turn there is darkness closing in.
Release me from these temptations so I can be free.
Savior of us humans, unworthy of Your love.
Open our eyes to see new sights laid before us.
Never again shall we turn our backs on Your grace.
Help me to see You in the smallest of things.
Only You hold the key to euphoric tranquility.
Lay Your loving hands upon my sinful self and
Your every will I shall follow unquestionably.
Say the word and Thy will be done.
Please keep me safe as I fight through this storm.
In Your eyes I am perfect in all ways for You
Resent nothing, regret nothing, and love everyone.
Inside my soul You always shall be.
Together with You I'll always be free.

Thank you for your entry
What a lovely prayer. Your faith is very apparent in this one. All very loving and pleasing, I am sure, to God.
Good job on the form, nice flow and good line transitions.
I encourage you to keep writing to read and comment.
God Bless

I can see why.
I can see why you won the gold. This one certainly spells it out and I have made this my motto, Lord do not let me do anything today that will embarrass you.
