Concise, complete and crystalline
Wisely executed. Pristine.
All the things you've never been;
Son of God or a son of man
Or a saviour to the last.
All the things you never did for me.
Passion, flaming coldly
Enticed me, momentarily.
We were night sky lovers
We danced together until
A crash disturbed us;
The spell was borne away.
Tears unshed and the tears
of unwed mothers cause grief on TV
With all the things you never did for me.
We were born too far apart
Tuesday and Thursday; eyes decieve me
I dwell within and pray to wake
From this frightening dream
Of reality.
All the things you never did for me.

This is a very powerful write. I absolutely love it. All the things you never did for me... I think we all have that someone who has let us down somehow in the past or the present. Someone who never came through for us... someone who always let us down. This is a very good poem you have penned for us here, you have amazing skills.
