you need to see the truth
you need to know I love you
but the distance over powers
as we're kept apart by fate
you think of nothing but empty loves
you see the cracks of life as beauty
but you do not bother to look my way
unless of course I bring the pain
you love to feel the torture
but you cannot love for loves embrace
you face so thoughtful
but still so vain
you pretend to hate
when you truly feel
you think of nothing
but empty promises
this forbidden love
bound by distance
is now what we feel
is now how we fight
we argue with pointless battles
we arrange the worse situations
soon enough it'll fall apart
with nothing left but life's applications
forbidden love follows our path
as the distance between becomes ever so emotional
the physical strain which we felt
slowly but surely becomes more real
