Tears of Angels

The teardrops of angels
fall to the earth
sharing in the pain
so deep in my soul.
They remind me of
where I have been,
and where I
now must go.
My soul yearns
for the angel's tears
to wash all my
memories away...
But they only serve
to remind me
of the sweet love
