time to kill.
Joe says boo,
its his blood Ill spill.
Easily set off,
my temper would roar.
annoy me at all,
and your out the door.
Hit with reality,
I know Gods unsatisfied,
When in all actuality,
I deserve to have died.
My Saviour came through,
Quietly and lovingly,
and peacefully its true.
He picked up His hammer,
and piece by piece,
with all of the clamor,
the anger deceased.
patience He provides,
as I live by his strength,
In my heart He resides,
as He takes me to great lengths.
Author notes
Well, I suppose its patience that is one of the gifts God has given me. It took some time, but Our God is good, and can work in even me... surprisingly :-P. Joe (in the first verse) is my brother. And There was a time where I really did lash out at him, for something as ridiculous as saying boo. But God is good, and its when my focus is towards Him, that my patience is best. So to Him be the glory.
By the way, rhyming was not one of my "gifts" :-P, so it made this one very hard to do.

thank you! It has a nice bounce to the natural rhyme. I love how God can shape us into his vessals, giving us attributes we never knew we could possess
