Emeraldine,
Sweet emeraldine,
Where trees sing gold
And flowers bloom
Sweet emeraldine.
The outlaws walked in Sherwood,
For the boughs above them sang,
And the leaves shone bright as diamonds
Sing sweet emeraldine.
The forests that we walk through
Are stars throughout the land
And each speak their own beauty
Through the eyes we hold at hand.
Emeraldrine,
Sweet elms, we sing,
Where elves walk through their treasure halls
Sweet elmadrine.
The necklaces we hold there,
Are made in Nature's hand,
And beasts through all the meadows
Are jewels in the tree's band.
Sing emeraldrine,
Sweet emeraldrine,
The stars throughout the treetops sing
Sweet emeraldrine.
Green moss sing,
Elmadrine,
Soft leaves fall and boughs come down
Sweet emeraldine.
The butterfly comes flitting
The birds fly hand in hand
The treasures of the forest sing
Sweet elmadrine.
