It is a sun sky.
Where the golden light of dawn
Is replaced with the loved smile.
Yet is brighter than the star
That sheds our light.
A rainbow hue casts light
On the brand-new day
And makes reality real
Yet unrational,
In a cat-sense,
For cats are in the here and now,
Yet in the future,
Or on occasion,
The past.
Where all melts away into bliss
And a single face can whisper
"I love you"
Into fur that rubs against her nose
And vibrates with a rumbling purr.
This is what the tulips remember
When the cats sits
And thinks about the little girl that was
Before the world grew,
And she grew with it.

Interesting take on the prompt image, not sure I completely follow your thought processes, but it still left me intrigued. thanks for entering and best wishes.
