I remember it as if I were slippery

If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is a compromise. -Robert Fritz

I cant live with myself without deleting all of this poem besides that first line
with time I hope to forget what it is I was remembering, I am slippery enough for that. -
you've always been a really amazing writer. Every new poem of yours I read I like it better than the last. You keep saying mostly the same things but without ever getting dull. I hardly mean that first part as an insult. I could only be saying that out of my own shallowness. This poem like all your others made me think of something in my own life. Made me think of my own thoughts but organized in a much more beautiful way. Which for me is the greatest thing about your poetry.

I'm so glad to hear from you once again. will you be writing any time soon? I really hope so. this poem is rubish, I cant write anymore because I am too lost. also I think I have become way too blunt to be poetic anymore. sucks.

Wow what a wonderful and touching and thought provoking write. I could so relate yes if you limit your choices in life you may be giving up so much more. I know I waited many years for my Jason to come along even though he is many years younger than I we are soul mates in every sense of the word. Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest

a good piece of poetry you have penned - there are always many roads of choice we can travel to, at the end of the day it is down to us to make the decisions.

I hope I have captured this quote the same way it has captured me
